| ABOUT THE ROLE: |
| You will be responsible for visiting clients at their residences or business locations to collect overdue payments on delinquent accounts. This position requires but not limited to strong interpersonal skills, the ability to resolve conflicts as well as representing the company in a professional manner. |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| Field Collections:Visit clients in person to negotiate and collect overdue payments on delinquent accounts. |
| Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including payment agreements and collection status. |
| Customer Relations: Build a rapport with clients to handle collections in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring customer satisfaction while recovering debts. |
| Reporting: Provide regular reports on payments collected, outstanding balances, and customer agreements with management |
| Compliance: Ensure all debt collection practices comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies. |
| REQUIREMENTS: |
| Experience: Previous experience in field collections or sales preferred, but not mandatory. |
| Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, able to engage with clients face-to-face and negotiate effectively. |
| Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving issues and conflicts in a calm and efficient manner. |
| Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule. |
| Availability: Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if required. |
| Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and document multiple cases efficiently. |
